Lodwick is facing felony charges for soliciting sex from a 14-year-old rape
victim. He is charged with importuning, the online solicitation of sex with a
minor and possessing photos of the naked 14-year-old girl. Authorities said he
started having improper contact with the alleged victim after being assigned to
investigate a rape case involving the girl.
