A pretrial conference is
scheduled Thursday morning for a former state trooper and a former police
officer accused of engaging in sexual acts with a minor.
Stratford Young, a former
Kentucky state trooper, is charged with one count of third-degree rape and two
counts of third-degree sodomy.
Todd Matti, a former
Brandenburg police officer, is facing two counts of sodomy.
The two are accused of having
sex with the same 15-year-old girl at different times.
