NORTHWEST, NC. Cop Michael Hayes was arrested for solicitation of a minor for
prostitution and one count of filing a false report. According to arrest
reports, Hayes contacted a then 17-year-old girl on a Craigslist advertisement
for a sex act. He then reportedly met the girl and exchanged $60 for the sex
act.
