Conn. (AP) _ A suspended Norwalk cop named Anthony Santo was accused of
sexually assaulting a girl has been ruled eligible to enter a court program
that would clear his record. Santo was charged in 2009 with sexual assault and
risk of injury to a minor. Santo was
